The JDL has set minimum standards for participation.  

Clubs interested in joining the JDL should send an executive summary of their club background and APPLY HERE.  

The JDL is CLUB based NOT team based. 

Each member club will be required to meet a certain level of participation in addition to the criteria below.

The criteria considered for any new club wanting to join is (but not limited to):

1)   Club player development philosophy and guidelines

2)   Club leadership and structure

3)   Club administrative capabilities and facilities

4)   Club overall infrastructure

5)   Club history of success in competitions and player development achievements
